From my first dealings with Stephanie, then Karissa and Abbie, I have been completely satisfied and happy with all insurance needs being met. They are always prompt, courteous, professional, and personable in all interactions. They have always been patient with my questions and needs for clarification/explanations. Recently, Abbie went above and beyond, explaining simply and thoroughly an insurance comparison from another company when I was purchasing a new car. Though it ended up that my State Farm rates were better, I had determined to pay a little more for Stare Farm due to my personal interactions with this office. Abbie also made sure a policy was in place and faxed to the dealership on a late Friday so I could pick up my car on Saturday. Karissa also always provided excellent care to me. I would also like to share: A car accident experience about 15+ years ago with a State Farm customer stayed with me, prompting me to eventually choose State Farm when looking for another company due to the quick, helpful and courteous service of taking care of my claim at that time.
